  • the biggest thing to remember is no one can wear it 100% of the time. It's kinda just for home use. I learned this the hard way at the mall bathroom....... I was in the toilet and had a full cup. I needed to get from toilet to sink (to clean it and the water was NOT hot enough whatsoever in the sink) and then wait back in line to get back into the toilet to re-insert it. Nightmare. I also got a terrible UTI that time because it wasn't cleaned properly.

The best thing about it: no leaks like pads/tampons and omfg does it ever reduce cramps like you wouldn't believe. The diva cup people aren't sure WHY it reduces cramps. But it totally does

  • I've heard that the little rubber thing that sticks out to take it out can irritate the skin. I also wouldn't want to clean it and all that. Yucky. Not for me. But good luck.
