Ok so i'm making marinated chicken legs tonight and i want them to get that caramelized flavor like you get when you grill them

can i get that using the broiler? and if yes then what rack should they be on, what temp should the broiler be on, and how long?

  • We've made caramalized onions before on the skillet. I don't know if that helps.

  • whereever the broiler is, top or bottom. the temp should say broiler

  • Just keep a close eye on anything under broiler and baste to keep it from getting dry.
