I want something good to make for dinner. Any ideas with chicken breast?

Not chicken pot pie, or chicken inchilladas, and no fried chicken.

Any other ideas? :)

  • Chicken stir fry (chicken, frozen veggies, rice and sauce of your choice), that's my favorite dinner.

  • Chicken fajitas.
    Plain and simple.
Carmalize lots of onions, add chicken breast strips.
Place on a tortilla shell/wrap and top with your choices, such as sour cream, salsa, shredded cheese, lettuce, tomato, peppers, etc.
Let us know what you decide.

  • (Continued) Then dip again in flour mixture. Then place in frying pan already hot with oil. Or on a greased frying pan to be baked. Cube chicken prior to adding breading mixture. You can also do this mixture with whole breasts for breaded chicken.
