Do you use a healthy cookbook?

Or diet one?
Any good suggestions?
Just looking for some new things to cook healthy, but I have no idea where to start.

  • Hungry Girl, Eat This Not That , Now Eat This Diet(though it's more about healthy eating than dieting). The second two have amazingly yummy recipes and all kinds of info on nutrition and healthy cooking.

  • Any of the Clean Eating cookbooks, or anything by Tosca Reno.
    I know Weight Watchers also has cookbooks, and a lot of people are happy with Weight Watchers in general. I haven't tried their cookbooks.

  • I LOVE the Clean Foods cookbook. They have some really good, easy, clean recipes. Not using a lot of processed foods, and they focus on things that are generally locally available in each season.

  • I second any of the ones by Tosca Reno, LOVE her, also there are some great recipes in Jillian Michaels Master your Metabolism Cookbook, on the various Biggest Loser books, & the Skinny Bitch Cookbook
