  • 8 glasses of 8 oz each.
It's better not to drink your calories, but if you don't like just water, try adding the little packs of flavorings you find in the grocery store. They even have sugar free :)

  • Fruit drinks are sugary. TO really stay hydrated - water is best and the guide is 8 - 8oz glasses a day.

  • fruit drinks are def a no no when trying to hydrate. You should be drinking like half your weight in water. (in oz of course) and if you really are dehydrated a good way to QUICKLY get hydrated is pickle juice and gatorade....pickle juice bc it has a lot of salt and thats what you need.

  • water but of course if you can't do just water you can try crystal light or something like that

  • Water. I try to keep a pitcher of cold water in the fridge with a goal of having to fill up twice during the day. I will put a crystal light pack sometimes or drop some fresh fruit in the bottom of the glass.

  • 8 glasses

  • The newer recommendation is actually half your weight in ounces - so if you weigh 100, drink a minimum of 50 oz of water a day, weigh 150, drink 75 oz, or 200, drink 100 oz of water minimum. Not a good idea to sub with fruit drinks, especially if they're not 100% juice - I sometimes drink a glass of 100% juice besides my water, or an occasional soda, but I still strive for my 100 oz a day - it helps with weight loss, keeping your skin happy & healthy, and definitley keeps you hydrated.

  • I just drink water all day. I pretty much always have a glass near me and fill it up regularly.
