  • Yes, all the time, and without dieting too. I just watch how much I eat, its all in the mind, eat small meals so you dont over eat. thats what makes me gain.. and eat lots of fruit and vegges, and fiber.. they will help.

  • Yup. I cut the fat or most of it out of my diet if I need to loose weight. But walking my dog 1 1/2 miles 6 times a day keeps me trimed down to a reasonable weight. If your dog is fat it's a sure sign YOUR not getting enough exercise and the dog isnt getting enough attention. LOL

  • yes but it only goes so far, after i while (at about -15lbs) i hit a plateau and then no matter how well i eat i don't lose anything, and have a hard time keeping it off. one way or another, i have to find time to exercise regularly and soon.

  • yes. I lost 50 lbs in a little over a year and a half because I had to go on a LOW sodium, low fat, no dairy diet. I lost 11lbs in the first week, then 2 or 3 lbs a week after for a month or so, then about 1/2 lb a week til I got to my current weight. now that I have hit the plateau, I will be adding in exercise as soon as my busy schedule allows.

  • Eating really is about 80% of the battle. However, to tone up and firm up, as well as up your basal metabolic rate (your metabolism), exercising makes a big difference.
