3 Bumps

For anyone with gauged earrings..

How the heck do you keep the smell away without having the skin around it dry out, especially in the summer?
What kind of solution do you use or how often do you clean them?
Peroxide and rubbing alcohol both smell terrible to me and I hate using plain soap on them because it bothers my sensitive ears. Anyone who knows anything.. PLEASE let me know. =) Thanks!

P.S. I wasn't sure what category to put this in... so I picked this one.. Hope I was right!
