How do you fall asleep at night?

Lately I've been having these nights where I lay in bed for up to eight hours, completely exhausted, but just cannot fall asleep. I used to try to stop my thoughts, and I'd focus on my breathing and say "in, out, in out, etc" in my head, hah, but it hasn't worked since I got pregnant. What do you do to fall asleep semi quickly?(Not including taking tylenol pm :P)

  • hot warm bath works for me
    or i have some thing to eat also helps with full tummy i can sleep better as well

  • I read, get on Cafemom on my phone, keep my feet elevated by 3 pillows. I put tea tree oil & socks over my feet before I go to bed & wake up. My feet are fat! Lol especially after running around work for 8 hrs. Try adding exercise routine.
