  • At least once a week.....I think crying is a good stress reliever.

  • Sometimes when you hold it all in, it just makes it worst! It will continue to build up & it's overwhelming when you can no longer hold back so crying is definitely a stress reliever!

  • Of course. I allow myself one or 2 days where if I feel like crying, I just let it go. It's a great stress reliever, I also use prayer and meditation. Even just finding a quiet place can be helpful.
