  • It requires you to eat a very restricted diet of 500 - 700 calories. Anyone would lose weight like that until their body goes into starvation mode. It's not safe and not worth it.

  • The drops don't DO anything, and they're a terrible plan for long term weight loss. Have you actually researched this diet? You cut your calories down to 500-800 A DAY. Your metabolism then slows WAAAYYY down and you start catabolizing lean tissue. The drops are simply another way for someone to make money. If you research this, you'll see one of the risks is DEATH (among other serious risks).
Try losing weight the old fashioned way- cut down your calories, exercise, and work on the bad habits to make PERMANENT changes. Fad diets fail because people get tired of cutting their food options down dramatically, and then start to eat the way they used to, then gain weight from that, which then depresses them, so they eat to feed the depression. Plus, your metabolism has slowed, so you often gain even MORE than you lost in the first place. I'd strongly advise against any diet plan like this.
