  • Chili! Ground beef, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, spices, and chopped up green peppers. Delish!
I also make this cheesy chicken, with cheddar soup and chicken breast... it's SO good.

  • Beef n noodles

1-1 1/2 lb of sirloin steak, cubed, seasoned to your liking, (I use garlic pwdr, pepper, onion pwdr, and seasoned salt) and browned in your pot with a whole, chunked medium yellow onion
Add 6 cups of water (OR 3 cups of beef broth, 3 cups water) and 1 tbsp cornstarch,
    Let simmer until gravy forms
Add a pkg of frozen or homemade egg noodles and 8 more cups of water, and let simmer 3hrs or until noodles are at desired tenderness! Add a cube of boullion for added beef flavor!

  • My favorite is the Max & Erma's tortilla soup (it's a replica recipe) (just make sure you half it for a regular size crockpot).
