STRETCH MARKS!

After pregnancy, really deep ones on my belly, and really purple ones on my hips, any advice on how to get them to fade?

Thanks

  • Maderma will help fade them over time, but loosing the weight will help even more.

  • I have heard good things about bio oil. Or a cocoa butter stick, that it what I used for stretch marks and my c-section scar. It helped a ton. I dont remember what it was in the stick that was different then the lotion but there is something that makes it work better. You can get them anywhere too. I got mine at CVS.

  • I think I've tried everything in the book because I have really deep stretch marks too. Mederma did help them fade some.

  • it's been 9 years & mine are barely noticeable now. After delivery, i looked like i was attacked by a cougar, they were real bad. i have been told that my skin heals well though. They're so unnoticeable that i had a friend ask me at the pool once how i managed not to get any stretch marks. I assured her that they were there & pointed them out to her. Once she was close enough, she could see them.

I don't mind them at all, i wear them with pride. They are my battle scars & so worth it. But, like i said...they are so unnoticeable now that i even use a bikini without feeling insecure.

I think the sun helped mine to be honest....
