Should I wear this outfit?

Hey.
Sorry for asking another question about this haha but I could use your advice!

My husband and I are going to be getting pied in the face for charity this Sunday at our Church (it is both for charity fundraising and for children/even adults having fun to see us get pied!) People will pay several dollars for a chocolate Cream pie and be able to smash it in our faces/on our clothes/etc. Consisting it is me and my husband and dozens of people will want to pie us, we expect to get totally messy!

We are planning on getting dressed up though so it will be more fun for everyone involved and so that it looks appropriate for a church event. My husband is going to be wearing one of his work suits, a very nice designer suit that really looks amazing on him! For me I'm not sure what to wear, but it has to be something dressy and fancy. This is what I had in mind:

Dress: http://tiny.cc/pxsh3

I'm not sure about the dress, so here are two other options:

Another dress: http://tiny.cc/gwq7r
Or a suit: http://tiny.cc/rdiye

What do you think about that outfit? I figure that I have such an addiction to designer/expensive clothing, and this is an opportunity to put it to use, haha!

Thank you :)

  • The shoes look great, but the dress is tasteless. Looks like a chantilly lace from the 60s. You must have something classier in your closet.

  • Haha. I'll be honest, I was being a bit selfish in that pick. I'm not a big fan of the dress, although I liked it when I purchased it.

  • I've never owned a $430 dress, not even my wedding dress. And, if I did, I certainly wouldn't be wearing it to get chocolate cream pie all over it!!!!

  • Wear whatever you think will have the cheapest dry cleaning bill.

  • Haha well if I wore what I thought would be cheapest to clean it would not be ANY Of these dresses or the suit. I do know that whatever I wear will be getting *totally* messy, and might be ruined. But I do have a lot of clothes, and I feel that this is something worth sacrificing a bit for. What do you think?

  • I would definitely go with the babydoll feather strapless.
I really wish I knew who you were, you are a delightful troll.
    Thanks for the entertainment.

  • I'm with tootoobusy! You seem to be just looking to get a rise out of people. Most ladies here would much rather donate the $430 to the church charity rather than trash a $430 dress with chocolate cream pies. I'm aso pretty sure that most of them would wear jeans & a t-shirt for the event.
