How do you deal with stress?

  • Depends on the level of stress. If it is really bad, I cry; can't help , it just happens. Normally though, for every day stress I listen to music, write poetry, (or work on one of my books) and always pray, meditate - (and/or exercise - but when I need to exercise the most, I bulk at it the most).

  • To deal with stress, I take a walk, weather permitting. If not, I find a quiet place, find an inspirational book and read while taking deep breaths. Beth100

  • Get a good book and read it while soaking in an aromatherapy bubble bath. Gotta have the bubbles................ :o)
