Is it hard for you to open up to people?

  • yes. i have to be very close to someone to open up to them. i have always been so secretive.

  • it is extremely hard for me to open up to people. I feel as if they would judge me.

  • I do. I know it's a trust thing, I just can't figure it out. I'm not sure if I'm afraid they'll judge, leave, laugh, or if it's something else. I also know that when I do finally open up about something, I always end up feeling better. But that better feeling doesn't help me to open up again in the future.
