Is it ok to use epsom salt while pregnant?

  • My midwife recommended a daily Epsom salt bath and I followed that prescription! My baby girl is as healthy as can be. If you are talking about taking them as a stool softener though I'd discuss that with your health care provider.

  • No, don't use body wadhwpes, things with perfumes, do it may cause yeast infections. You want a healthy baby! So read everything on the product and it will tell you if it's ok, if not ask your physician. I hoped that helped
