Is This Really Possible?

I think I'm more in denial than anything else! I have a 4 1/2 month old conceived through IVF. We were told our chances of having a baby on our own were slim to none, due to my husband's battle with Leukemia years ago and my one functioning ovary. I'm now 5 days late! I'm thinking it could be that my system is still not back to normal from having the baby, but what if I'm pregnant! I know everyone will tell me to take a test, which I plan on taking today. But I'm wondering if other people were late after having a baby?

  • My mother got pregnant with me shortly after having my brother. We are Irish twins. It is possible.

  • You are more fertile after having a baby then any other time. I was on birth control religiously after my 2nd child and got pregnant when he was 5 months old. So it is possible.
