  • haven't thought about it. probably some form of chicken or pork. various vegs and a dessert. its just the three of us, so its more or less a regular dinner.

  • Decided to come back and add what I WOULD made if we were not going away! Ham, cheesy hashbrowns, a couple of veggies (whatever kids would choose), a fruit salad, possibly some rolls, and dessert would be up in the air, whatever I felt like making on Saturday.

  • Leg of lamb, gravy, mashed potatoes, either fresh string beans or baby carrots, and mint jelly of course =)

    I'll definitely make some delived eggs from all the easter eggs we color, but haven't decided on any other appetizers. I love to make my awesome carrot cake for dessert on Easter, but its just going to be 5 of us this year, and I'm the only one who eats it, so I need to come up with a different dessert.
