Do you think losing weight helped you to get pregnant?

how soon did you get pregnant and how many pounds did you lose. i think this may be my issue. well, i'm not sure but i'm kinda at my wits end here. i'm probably about 20 lbs over what i "should be" i guess i need to try harder at losing. before trying so hard for a baby..blah..maybe while i'm achieving a weight loss goal i'll get a nice lil unexpected suprise..who knows.

  • Yes...with my 3rd baby. I got pregnant our very first time without a condom. The Dr said my 25 lb weight loss probably jump started my egg release :)

  • I know Dr's say it is very difficult to get preggo if your obese, but Iv also seen really heavy women have no trouble getting preggo. So who really knows? How you get your wish soon.

  • I lost 12 lbs right before I found out I was pregnant with my 4th. We weren't trying to get pregnant, but we weren't trying not to either.
