Any advice on which excersice helps wobbly thighs?

  • Losing the excess fat will make a huge difference. Eating right and exercising, in general, will make a huge difference. From there, add some strength training to firm up (not just your legs but everywhere). The strength training will also build up some lean body mass, which ups your metabolism.

  • You might want to start small and build endurance by trying a workout such as Leslie Sansone's Walk Away The Pounds and then moving on to a tougher workout including squats and lunges
