How long does your baby sleep?

Not as in blocks of time, but overall. My daughter sleeps from about 8PM-9AM (waking up 2-3 times to eat) and she is 5 months old. I was just seeing how much other babies were sleeping to see if she is sleeping more or less than other babies around her age. She takes a couple short naps during the day, but she prefers to get most of her sleep at night. This morning she woke up at 8, but she was cranky and ready for a nap by 9:30.

  • My 9 month old sleeps for 11-12 hours at night and then takes one 1-2 hour nap and one 3 hour nap. At 5 months she was sleeping the same except for an extra 1 hour nap in the late afternoon.

  • i was shocked when she started doing it cause before that she woke up every 3 hours on the dot. it was such a blessing. the first night she did it i was lying in bed crying because i thought she's be awake in another hour and i just wanted sleep. i fell asleep anyway and woke up in the morning when she woke up, she continued from that point

  • Kaitlyn use to sleep all night. I believe she is going through a growth spurt right now because she is up every 2-3 hours at night to eat again.
