ok sounds stupid but...

My butt has gotten a little bigger while ive been pregnant. Its not because of weight gain because i am still 10lbs under my max. weight (Ilost 25lbs during my 1st trimester). Will my butt stay after the baby or will it go?

  • Its from your hips spreading..your butt may or may not go back to pre-baby size- I lost every pound and a few extra after my kids where born and my butt is still bigeer then pre-baby...Not too big- I finally have a butt! lol

  • it will go the majority but you'd probably still have a bigger butt before kids I sure do, it's not as big as when i was pregnant thank goodness lol

  • I guess you will figure that out after you gave birth. :)

A womans body changes a lot during pregnancy. Some women get lucky and get their old figure back, some dont. Im one of the women who stucks with the pregnancy body. LOL

  • My midwife told me that women gain weight around their hips and butts because this is where the fat comes from when they breastfeed. Plus, we need the weight there to stabilize our growing tummies! It makes sense to me. I too have gotten a bigger butt but I kinda like it as I've always had narrow hips and a flatt-ish butt.
