Why do I always cut myself shaving?!

  • Your holding the razor the wrong way and applying to much downward pressure when shaving.

  • could be the type of razor your using before i switched to the mens mach 3 razor i used to cut my legs all the time with a womans razor and i tried them all trust me!! then one day i used dh while in the shower and have been using it every since i swear i love it even when it is so obvious it time to change it (cuz i usually strectch it out as long as i can) i still get no nicks!! love!! imm telling ya switch to a mach 3 mens razor you'll never go back!!! haha!!

  • Probably the razor you are using. I only use Schick Disposable Twin Blade Razors. Bic razors are the pits & cut like crazy.

  • Make sure its new & sharp. If its dull you press too hard & cut yourself easier.

  • Let me ask you this. What razor are you using? I always cut myself when I use disposable razors. I use schick quattro. I love it and never have a problem with nicks and cuts unless it is time to change the razor.

  • Try chaging your razor (I use Venus razors, right now I'm using the Spa Breeze, no shave cream required), don't rush, change your shaving cream or soap you use when you shave, make sure your razor isnt rusty and dull =)
