taking prenatal vitamins. folic acid helps. if you're taking prenatal the folic acid is in it already. eat healthy, don't smoke because that cuts your chances severely. track your period and use ovulation kits (these can help you get in tune with your body which helps). Laying down for 20-30mins at least after having sex or propping your legs up during this time can help get stuff to wher it needs to go.
Also, as odd as this sounds, egg whites can help because it mimicks the perfect cervical mucus needed. You take someegg WHITE into a turkey baster and put it in your vagina right before having sex. to do this you must do it the proper way and not let the egg sit out. some people have sworn by this working. (you can google it for more info)
