  • Yup. I am Italian and German and was raised that way lol. I had a glass of wine when I breastfed and of course it was only a little but I also pumped before hand too.

  • It is supposed to be ok but I was not comfortable with it for my son. I had a margarita once and I pumped and dumped because it was green. I wouldn't look down on someone if it's just one glass, it's been done many times before. It's your choice.

  • I have always heard it is fine but if you are worried you can buy strips to test the breast milk.. although thats only if you are pumping.

  • I had one glass of wine once in a while when I was pregnant and did the same when I was breast feeding... Our son is just fine lol. But the best advice I can give is if you comfortable with it, and can limit your self to only one glass then okay. If you can't limit yourself or you're not completely comfortable with it then don't... If you're not comfortable, then you'll feel guilty about it later.

  • for each drink you wait an hour..I love my wine!! So I will wait until I know I have a couple hours to spare before my lil man nurses..actually you dont have to pump and just havento wait until its out of your system.
