Biotherapy

im bipolar and don't like medications--or drs... i read a lot on bio-therapy its where u use heart rate and other bodily cues to control your disorder. any one ever try it?

  • I've heard of biofeedback, but that was way back in the day. We learned about it at the jr. college. They had some kind of gadget where you could tell if the person was stressed about something, and by watching the indicators you could learn to breath deeply, etc. to control the monitor to get it to where you are more relaxed. I hope that makes sense.
