How to give pears and peaches? boil or ripe ? for 6 month old baby?

  • you can give them to him either after boiling them or if they are really ripe also just cut them into small pieces or mash them

  • My DD and DS2 loved fresh mashed fruit. So much better than the boiled or store jar stuff. They still love fresh fruit.

  • As long as they are ripe, they should be soft enough to mash with the back of your fork. If they are a little hard, you can cut them up and steam them until soft.

  • You could try using one of those hand food grinders on them, I have one made by Kidco and it makes short work of grinding up just about anything.
