How can I sleep better?

It seems like once im awake i stay awake at least for a couple of hours. do any of you have any tips on going back to sleep? thanks bebe.

  • You can take a melatonin supplement. It's over the counter. It helps regulate your internal clock. Take it at the same time every night about 45 min before you want to be asleep. A doctor recommended it for me once. I've had several friends and relatives try it and it worked for them as well. Good luck. As always read the package to take the proper dose.

  • You could try calm forte (I believe that's the name) which is an all natural sleep aid found at CVS and Rite Aid. It works well for several people I know.
