I know you are suppose to eat proteins after strength training to rebuild muscle...but what are you suppose to eat after cardio/spinning class? and why?

Just took my first spinning class and wondering what is the best choices I can make to eat right after cardio??

  • A combo of complex carbs and protein are the best things to have after an intense workout. If your workout wasn't super intense, keep your calories low. I run and when I run long distance (10+ miles) I'm usually not hungry so I drink chocolate milk which has the carbs and protein.

  • Same thing, protien is always good especially after any type of hard work out.
