When depression is coming, how do you avoid it?

  • try to get lots of sun (even if I have to buy it at the booth) get lots of exercise (even though its the last thing I want to do) and try to get a good nights sleep. It I am still out of sorts for too long I go get professional help/meds.

  • I don't think you can it is horrible.... :(

    I always try to think positive, stay far away from Negative people, and stay motivated. :( That will bring you down.

  • I actually clean ond organize. Symbolically, it makes me feel like I am getting everything in order, and it refocuses me.
