anyone else feel groggy when

you have a fan blowing on you for a while?

i clean my fans, they never have dust in them.... lol

  • I think I can explain...
    Its a combination of the constant, soothing sound....and a natural reaction from your body. When night time hits, the temperature drops, so our bodies are geared to release sleep chemicals when our body temperature drops. Make sense?
    I need a fan to sleep at night too. If I'm hot, I'll just toss and turn.

  • Are you watching the fan while it blows? If you're getting the groggy "sick" feeling, you may be experiencing something like motion sickness.
