  • A shower IF you limit the amount of time you're in the shower to just long enough to soap up, wash down & rinse off. A low-flow shower head helps, too.

  • im going to say a shower, as long as its not lengthy and drawn out it is better then filling up a TON of water and then letting it out, plus its more sanitary lol, buy he sometimes I do like a nice bath
