My 3 year old needs to change his food habits, I want to make it as less stressful for him as possible, & types off food ideas you feed your kids. for those specific times.
Can i have some ideas.
He eats in bed & we have to stop that all together,
He likes to snack all day, But if he snacks--> he needs healthier/better foods.
Snacking in the car.. --> how to stop that!

You're the mom. He does this because you let him. Either he eats the healthy food you put on his plate at meal times, at the table or he doesn't eat. As for the snacking, either cut it out all toghether or he gets two snacks a day, at the table. For a little while we did: 8:00 breakfast usually cereal, 10:00 morning snack of fruit, 12:00 lunch of PB&J with goldfish, 3:00 afternoon snack, 5:00 dinner. Once they started refusing a meal we removed the snack inbetween. Now my 4 and 7 year olds don't snack. If you don't have food in the car, he can't eat it.
