Homemade meatballs

What is your secret, what makes yours the best? I want to make some chicken or turkey ones.

  • I make turkey ones, I mix in italian bread crumbs, garlic powder, garlic salt, oregano, salt and pepper and next time I want to finely chop onions and mushrooms, I put them in the pan turn it on 4 which is semi-low and put a cover on and let them get golden then frequently turn them to try to get all sides that way.. yummy

  • the one thing that I do is I grate the onion so there aren't pieces of onion in them. It keeps them moist and my kids don't know the onion is there. I have also grated carrots and squash into mine. I like to add and egg and I usually use salt, pepper, fresh garlic, Italian seasoning.

    I usually make them with whatever seasonings I have on hand.
