If, in a baseball game, the batter hits a ball splitting it right down the center with half the ball flying out of the park and the other half being caught, what is the final ruling?

  • Good question. I don't know. I'm sure if I ask my son he woudl come up with a great answer, but he is already in bed and hopefully asleep. Sometimes we just need some really fun questions on here, to get up to think about something besides all the stress in our lives. thank you for the relief of stress.

  • A baseball can't be split down the middle...so there's no possible scenario...

  • Well unless it was the Jolly Green Giant who hit it, I'd say let him/her have the home run. But never known a ball to split in half . The bat maybe but never a ball. GL with findin the right answers..
