  • 95% dark chocolate. . . but only one small piece. . . and I chase it with cold water. . . YUM! otherwise yogurt is a great choice. . . FYI did you know that cream cheese is a craving sub. for chocolate. . . :) but if you ask me. . . it just doesn't compare.
