Why do my muffins stick to the paper liners?

I try to make them home made and they always fuse to the papers and I have waited until they are cooled and they still stick.

  • best stuff I've found is the Wilton brand no stick spray it's the kind in the can. you can get it at places like hobby lobby and Michaels. I use for my cakes, but have found it works so well I use it on everything now

  • Same thing happens to me. I sometimes spray them with a little cooking spray, but usually I skip the liners or I get the foil ones.

  • Because this happens to me I usually skip the liners and just do without. Wish I had a better answer for ya.

  • If you don't use a non-stick spray, then there's your answer.

If you do, then no idea!

  • Not sure, that has never happened to me. Do you mean they stick as in you can't even peel them off the muffins?
