What is a Test strips, is it to test if you are pregnant or to test if you are ovulating?

Sorry im a bit clueless...been ttc since april 1st n i have the free trial of fertibella kit... it has 10 pregnancy test & 10 test strips inside... i havent started it yet but would like to know is it to test for pregnancy or to test for ovulation??...with my first baby i didnt know anything about test strips so i only used pregnancy test...please help me out...

When should i start using test strips... my period goes from...
Jun 19-23, Jul 15-21, Aug 8-14, Sept 6-12, Oct 15-18, Nov 25-30, Dec (none) 2010
Jan 1-6, Feb 2-7, Mar 9-15, April (havent started) 2011
i can tell im irregular but im not sure if it is 32 or 35 days of ovulation?...

  • There are both pregnancy and ovulation detecting strips on the market.

    You will have to call the company and see what they sent.

    But just FYI...ovulation strips are VERY inaccurate. Charting is the best way to know when you are REALLY ovulating.

  • i would say the instructions will tell you what they are but actually you normally ovulate 14 to 18 days after the day you start to bleed
