I was told that if you drink lots of water every day, it helps with weight loss. Is this true, or just a myth?
Yes. especially when it used in a combination with protein and fiber. Water will bulk up the fiber to make you feel and actually be fuller. Protein will break down slower and keep you from getting hungry quick. Those 3 things always used together is a wonderful weight loss aid. Peanut butter on whole wheat toast with water. Boiled eggs, salad and water Lean chicken, brown rice, steamed vegetables, water. 3 easy good meals that will curb appetites and keep the belly full.
