  • You need to just bring it to room temperature in warm water. You can use a bowl with warm water and set the bag in it until it is thawed.

  • probably run it under warm/hot water

  • I always placed the storage bag in a coffee cup or small bowl with hot water in it to warm it quickly.

I'm not sure if that's the best way - perhaps others have better suggestions, but I do know that the worst way is to put the breast milk directly in the microwave.

  • I would put it in room temp water and let it thaw out that way.

  • Quickest is either under warm (not hot) running water or in a small cup with warm water. Best is to let it thaw in the fridge and then warm it after it is fully thawed.

  • Should I open the bag when I worm it and will the bag soften and kind of melt in a way?
