How can you get your little one to eat their veggies?

my daughter is 15months and now have started to not touch her veggies, she eats only corn, when she was younger she would eat all kinds of veggies but now she doesn't even taste them, they just end up right on the floor.....any ideas? or recipes to trick a little picky eater! ty:)

  • If your kid likes Meatloaf put a few inside. I use to cover veggies with cheese. You can put carrots in strawberry and yogurt smoothies with banana's.

  • Casseroles covered in cheese! =) hide em in there, I add salt and butter in their cooked veggies as well not too much but enough to make a difference
