Wake her up in the morning when you get up. If you are a sahm, then have some quiet time when you would like her to take her nap. Lay on the couch with her, watch a movie... She might even fall asleep. If not, then let her play after an hour and a half or so of being quiet. After dinner make sure your playing with her, or keeping her entertained, otherwise she will go down. She will most likely get cranky if she didn't nap during quiet time, but let her throw her fit. Once her bed time comes around, it should be no problem getting her down. Keep doing this until her schedule is back to normal. I had to do this with my dd. She wanted to sleep until 11 am and go to sleep at 1 am... After about a week of doing that, she is on a normal schedule. Good luck!!!
