How often do you workout?

I am trying to increase my days. well at least try to get more motivation to workout again! :)

  • Two or three times a day. I usually burn 700 to 800 in the morning and then I'll do a walk or a bike ride in the evenings. It's just easier for me to split it up like that.

  • I need to do this, too. Right now, I consider my housework my workout :p I would like to up things by doing a little 20 minute workout video three days a week --- it's a recent goal. Best of luck!

  • i walk one day & jog the next. So every day i guess. i don't really consider walking exercising to me though, i just enjoy it.

  • Right now, we're remodeling a house, so I haven't been as good about it (though I definitely get my workouts in with the remodel!). I was running 3 days a week and biking two, plus doing strength training 3-4 days a week. Now, I'm down to running 2x/week and biking 2, and I squeeze in strength training when I can. As soon as this project is done (a month or so from now), it'll be easier to get that time back, plus, I'll be finished with my semester at school!

  • I work out anywhere from 3-4 days a week, sometimes 5. I think you need a day or so to let your body rest... just my opinion.

  • i need to get back into working out i try to do at least an hour at the gym about everyday 40mins of cardioi use different machines to get my heart pumping and 20mins weights to tone.
