Is this normal ?


Hi,
I am a 36 yrs old mom.from the past fer periods I have realised that Sometimes I have my periods for the whole week and its heavy too,then the next mon th its like for just two days and then I am all clear no spotting even( untill now I have had my periods regularly every month)
Do you think I need to see a doctor

  • Your doctor can do a blood test that may show "peri-menopause", or anything else that may be wrong. So, yes, go to the doctor.

  • Anytime your periods become irregular you should see your OB. It could be a change in your diet or lifestyle, but it could also be something very serious.

  • Probably peri menopause, doc can check blood levels, you seem a little young, but I was finished before I was 40.
