What would be your ideal weight?

Not what the "charts" or Doctors say you should be but what weight do you feel the most comfortable at?

for me, 135 ... I looked back at pictures of me at 135 and I looked GOOD! 135, is 30 higher than the charts say I should be.

  • I'm happy where I'm at, which is 135. I don't know what the charts say but I'm sure I'm on the higher side of normal.

  • 135, Dreaming....

I did realize my body structure changes as I get older. I might not like that weight if I were it.

  • i'm a smidge under 5'3" and i personally am not comfortable over 109. i'm 108 and that's ideal for me

  • I'd LOVE to be 135! My thinnest as an adult was 170, and even then, I looked good. I was about a size 10/12, and I was very fit (I had a personal trainer and worked very hard to look as good as I did). I'm in the process of losing weight now, and I'm at 211 (size 14/16). My goal is 135 currently, and I'm 5'4". I don't have any desire to be a waif!
