How to monogram a plastic sand bucket?

I would like to know how you keep paint on a plastic sand bucket. I'm spending Easter at the beach so instead of getting them baskets I want to do buckets.

  • Let the paint dry the use a spray on poly or shalack. Then it is water proof and rub off proof. With the poly i would use a couple coats.
