Cooking for One

It's just me and my son at home (a baby that doesn't eat meals with me yet). I feel like I waste money on food. I feel like it's cheaper or at least the same price to go grab a hamburger at a drive-thru.

Any cheap suggestions on cooking for 1?

  • Make some casseroles, divide them up in small servings and freeze them. Just go and stick it in the oven when you are ready to eat. You can do the same thing with soups.
