Someone talk me out of it lol!

I am craving sour cream and onion chips like crazy and I am on a diet! We have some here in the house and they keep calling me omg!! 10lbs more to go!

  • I'm of the dieting camp that you should not deny yourself what you crave, just do it responsibly. See how big a serving is, take out just one serving, put the rest away and later cut something else out to make up for it :-) (and enjoy!!)

  • Here's a healthy trick:
    Get some Fat-free Cottage cheese and mix in the dry Ranch dressing packets for the grocery store. Buy some whole-wheat, low-fat crackers (make sure the first ingredient is whole wheat). Wheat thins makes a reduced fat. And have some of that. You will be getting fiber, protein, and that cottage cheese dip is fabulous!
