  • they can start as early as 3 to 4 months.I wouldn't give tylonel usless very neccessary. They have these homiopathic teething tablets that work great. Oragel I've heard works good. Or icecubes rubbed on gums.

  • Some are born with teeth! I gave my son Tylenol before and after his shots, but never any other time. I wouldn't do it as a just-in-case, be sure that Baby is teething (and needs it!) before giving any meds.

  • as early as 2 to 3months by the time my newphew was 4months he had 5teeth already. as for tylenol you can give them some but ask your dr how much cuz they are still tiny. dont do teething tablets that young becuz even though they do dissolve they dont dissolve that fast and the baby can choke try baby orajel for a little baby its safe and they wont choke. get a teething toy they can chew on that you can put in the freezer.

  • Babies start teething at all different ages. I don't use tylenol though.. I use hylands teething tablets. They work almost instantly and are all natural.
