Does anyone know how I can get more energized?

I was diagnosed with having low potassium so I know that is part of the problem. I'm on vitamins for that. I've tried energy drinks but I will be shaky for 6 hours, Any other remedies?

  • Exercise. It will be hard at first, but after a couple of weeks, it'll surprise you. Make sure you're eating right, too. Lots of fresh fruits and veggies, drink only water (energy drinks are horrible for you), get lean proteins including nuts and legumes, lean dairy products, and whole grains. A proper diet will make a big difference, and the right fuel will make exercising that much better.

  • Energy drinks are only a temporary fix and have too many side affects. The energy should come from healthy fruits and raw vegetables. Get at least 30 minutes of exercise a day and it'll keep your energy levels up.

  • Has anyone told you why your potassium is low? I'd find that out first, cuz it's not something you are normally deficient in, unless you are taking a diuretic or drinking way too much water.

  • It's my diet, I am going through a bad breakup and court proceedings with my ex and I just wasn't eating. So I've been forcing myself to eat lately.
